Mechanism for registration of accepted students in the morning central for the colleges of the University of Basra, College of Education for Pure Sciences for the academic year 2024/2025
The first step:
1- Official documents for the student: National card (or nationality + nationality certificate) + residence card. All documents are original + color copy.
2- Graduation document or approval of grades from the school administration addressed to the University of Basra - the college in which the student is accepted, for example (to the University of Basrah / College of Arts)
3- Medical examination form: Completed examinations and stamped by the nearest hospital or health center at the student's place of residence.
4- Requesting those accepted into colleges to examine (CBC) or (Hb_Electrophoreis) at the relevant examination centers.
4- Personal photos, number (8) with a white background.
The second step:
Upon completing the requirements in the first step, the following must be followed:
1- Create an official (university) email for the student.
2- Mail or email allocated to one student only (not allowed for more than one student).
3- Open the official website of the University of Basra and upload all the required documents (as in the first step above) in the fields designated for each document.
Step Three:
After completing the registration on the website (as in the second paragraph), you will receive a message via the official mail dedicated to the student about the date of reviewing the college accepted into.
When reviewing:
1- Bring the documents as in the first paragraph (original + color copy).
2- A copy of the central acceptance showing the name of the student accepted into the college.
Step Four:
Upon completion of the registration process in the college, you will be announced the department acceptances through the official channel of the University of Basrah in Telegram and according to the ID (iraq_a_s_d)
