A delegation from the General Secretariat of the Central Library at the University of Basra participated in the Second International Conference on Information and Libraries, which was organized by the Indexing and Information Systems Center of the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department in cooperation with the Information and Knowledge Technology Departments at Al-Mustansiriya University, the University of Basra, and the University of Mosul.
