General Secretariat of the Central Library has organised an educational, awareness seminar about breast cancer in cooperation with Healthcare in colleges of Bab Al-Zubair. The seminar presented by a specialist in Family Medicine dr. Nagham Abbas Nasser, it aims at spreading awareness for early detection about breast cancer and urge to review to detection Centres in Basrah about this disease. The seminar includes explanation of breast cancer symptoms and signs of illness , how to self-examination and necessity of clinical and radiological examination for early detection, brochures were distributed about it and how to treat it through early detection
