The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the Faculty of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basra organized a seminar on the art of anger management, its causes and effects.
The seminar aimed to define anger and the causes of the increase in the hormone adrenaline in the human body, which in turn leads to the difficulty of controlling and controlling it in most cases.
The seminar, presented by Dr. Wissam Abdul Karim Hamid, explained the effects of anger on the body and its destructive consequences, including severe stress, weight gain, fat accumulation in the human body, and its role in sudden cardiac arrest.
The seminar reviewed the issues that must be considered before embarking on the treatment and management of anger, such as confidence in the ability to self-change, finding the right healthy atmosphere and patience with the difficulties faced by the individual in the stages of recovery, as well as honesty with oneself or oneself and digging inside.
