A committee consisting of employees of the General Secretariat of the Central Library, specializing in English language and libraries, returned and arranged the foreign theses on the shelves after they were archived and converted from paper theses to digital ones by the Holy Abbasid Shrine for the purpose of preserving them from damage and facilitating access to research electronically and making them available to students and researchers to obtain information.
