The Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Mufid Turki Rashid, accompanied by Dr. Hamid Hayab Samir, Head of the Department of Architecture, met with the President of Koya University, Professor Dr. Muhammad Hasib Siddiq, within the framework of the scientific cooperation agreement concluded between the University of Basra and Koya University.
The meeting, which took place at Koya University, included attending the symposium held by the College of Engineering, Department of Architecture, in cooperation with Koya University, under the title of Documenting, Recording and Managing Local Heritage, which was held at Koya University in Erbil from October 27 to 30 in cooperation with the Department of Antiquities and Heritage in the Kurdistan Region and the (WMF) Organization. The visit aims to strengthen relations between the University of Basra and Koya University.
