Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazim, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Majid Asghar Muhammad Al-Nawab The Continuing Education Unit at the college, with the participation of the Continuing Education Center at Bab Al-Zubair Complex, organized a workshop on Measuring vital signs. The target group was the employees of the University of Basra, which was lectured by Assistant Lecturer Hila Malik Sabti and Research Assistant Fatima Ali Rashid.
The workshop included an introductory introduction to vital signs, how to measure them, the normal rates of vital signs and the factors affecting them.
The workshop aimed to train the cadres of the University of Basra to deal with simple health cases for university students, as they were trained to measure blood pressure, pulse rate, respiration and temperature
