A Faculty Member from the University of Basrah Participates in an Advanced Human Resources Management Course
Dr. Arfat Nasser Jasim, a lecturer at the College of Administration and Economics - Al-Qurna, University of Basrah, participated in an advanced human resources management course. The course was held in Basrah Governorate at Utbah bin Ghazwan Hall, in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and the Basrah Governorate Office, on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
The participation included delivering a lecture on Civil Service Law No. 24 of 1960 and its amendments. The lecture also clarified the fundamentals of the employee-manager relationship, methods for writing and editing reports and official correspondences, and discussed the concept of quality of work life.
