University of Basra organizes a scientific seminar on self-confidence and overcoming shyness: Keys to personal and professional success
The College of Administration and Economics – Al-Qurna at the University of Basra organized a scientific seminar on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, titled "Self-Confidence and Overcoming Shyness: Keys to Personal and Professional Success," presented by Dr. Hassan Awda Abdullah.
The seminar aimed to introduce the concept of self-confidence and shyness, and their relationship with events and situations that individuals experience during childhood and adolescence.
The seminar also included some key strategies for building self-confidence in university students, along with strategies for its development, and offered practical tips and experiences to enhance self-confidence and break the barrier of shyness among university students.
