The Faculty of Fine Arts, in coordination with the Cultural Center at the University of Basra, received the translation Hall located in the Bab Al-Zubair colleges complex, with the aim of strengthening the cultural and academic infrastructure.
The Deanship of the college, represented by Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Zahra Mohammed, confirmed that this step comes within the continuous efforts of the college to develop educational spaces and provide a suitable environment for students and professors alike. The hall will be used to host academic and artistic conferences and events, in order to serve the development of cultural and artistic activity at the University and the local community.
For his part, the Dean praised that this fruitful coordination with the cultural center comes within the framework of supporting joint projects that contribute to improving the educational and cultural scene in Basra.
