Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazim, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Mufid Turki Rashid, the College of Engineering at the University of Basra, in coordination with the Follow-up Department and the Women's Affairs Department at the University of Basra, and in cooperation with the Media Directorate of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Basra Office, and the Nakhowat Iraq Development and Development Team, held a charity bazaar entitled Together for the Joy of the Orphan, the fourth annual. The bazaar included displaying students' products of artistic works, food and drinks, as well as selling some goods. The financial proceeds go to help orphans and needy families in Basra Governorate.
