Within the framework of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research represented by His Excellency the Minister Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi,
And the instructions of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazim, to the deans of colleges and the general managers on the necessity of continuing to follow up on civil defense guards and the procedures followed to avoid emergency situations and maintain the safety of our educational institutions.
The Director General of the Marine Sciences Center, Prof. Dr. Shaker Ghaleb Ajil, conducted a field inspection visit to the Colleges of Medicine and Dentistry at the Al-Barad'aba site to follow up on the prevention and civil defense procedures in the colleges of the University of Basra. He recorded a number of field, administrative and logistical observations related to his visit to those colleges from the position of those present and absent who are assigned to follow up and civil defense, as well as night guards, maintenance and service work; to preserve educational institutions.
Emphasizing the importance of continuing to follow up on civil defense guards and providing them with safety requirements and taking all measures that ensure everyone's safety, he pointed out the importance of roaming the corridors of the buildings in turns and raising the level of readiness to deal with any emergency, appreciating the efforts made by the watchful eyes in preserving public property.
