Under the patronage of His Excellency the minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim Abdul Yasser al-Aboudi, and under the supervision of the president of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad al-Asadi, the University of Basra organized the graduation ceremony of the 57th session for the academic year 2023-2024 at the Al-Mina Sports Club Stadium in Al-maqlal area.
The ceremony was attended by a wide attendance of professors, students and their families, as everyone celebrated the graduation of a new constellation of students from the University of Basra who made great efforts throughout their years of study to achieve this important scientific achievement. Under the slogan “science and construction”, which reflects the University's vision of developing generations and promoting nation-building through science and knowledge, outstanding and distinguished students in various disciplines were honored.
The College of Fine Arts participated in this ceremony to celebrate the graduation of its outstanding students, who presented creative works of art throughout their years of study, reflecting the high level of education at this distinguished college. The professors expressed their great pride in what their students have achieved, stressing that success would not have been achieved without dedication and insistence on excellence.
The Faculty of Fine Arts, which proudly participated in this event, wished all graduates continued success in their future lives, stressing that this graduation is a new beginning for them in their professional and scientific career.
