A book entitled "The effect of the reinforcement method in developing social interaction skills in autistic children" was published by a lecturer at the College of Education for Girls - in the College of Basra, Dr. Rafeef Abdul-Hafiz Muhammad Taqi Al-Riyahi.

The book dealt with a comprehensive study in a visual and applied form on autistic children, containing the guidance program, the reinforcement method to develop social interaction in autistic children, and a statement of the problem facing children, which is the negatives of social interaction skills and the importance of studying skills for autistic children, as well as the concept of autism from some theorists, as well as social interaction in autistic children and the most important theories that deal with reinforcement for autistic children.
