A delegation from the College of Engineering, University of Basra, represented by four lecturers from the College of Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, Professor Dr. Ramzi Salem Ali, Professor Dr. Ammar Abdul Shahid Abdul Hamid, Professor Dr. Ali Fadhel Marhoun, and Dr. Abdul Basit Abdul Samad, participated in the third international conference organized by Imam Al-Kadhim University entitled (The Third International Conference of Imam Al-Kadhim College for Modern Applications of Information and Communication Technology). The delegation was distinguished by its active participation in the scientific and preparatory committees of the conference, which contributed to the successful organization and coordination of various activities.
The conference witnessed intensive discussions on the latest scientific developments in various fields, including cybersecurity and information security, where the University of Basra delegation presented their academic and research expertise through their participation in the preparation and scientific evaluation of the submitted research.
This participation comes within the framework of the University of Basra's keenness to enhance academic cooperation with Iraqi universities and institutions, and support efforts aimed at developing scientific research in a way that serves society and achieves sustainable development.
