Mr. Ihsan Obaid Al-Asadi, Head of the Beneficiary Services Division at the Central Library Secretariat, has published a book entitled “Social Psychology and its Relationship to Socialization and Job Performance.” The book, which includes 113 pages distributed over three chapters, deals with the origins of psychology, its sources, stages of development, the socialization of the individual, and learning about the organizational behavior of the employee within the institution.The aim of this book is to be a path for the researcher or reader to know the extent of the contribution of social psychology in studying the life of the individual with the group in society in addition to its clear impact on the individual’s professional life.
