The College of Marine Sciences at the University of Basra organized a celebration on Thursday, December 12, 2024, on the occasion of Victory Day. The ceremony included a group of national activities that embodied the national spirit and pride in the victories achieved by the Iraqi forces. The celebration began with raising the Iraqi flag and playing the national anthem, followed by speeches by representatives of the college and the attendees, who praised the sacrifices of the heroes in achieving victory and strengthening national unity.
