In the context of shedding light on wars and conflicts, the Polymer Research Center at the University of Basra held a lecture on the Speicher massacre on Wednesday 11/12, delivered by Dr. Ronaq A. Talib, which took place in Iraq / Tikrit Governorate and greatly affected the local and international community. The lecture included historical and social analyses of the reasons that led to the massacre as well as its repercussions on the region and the world. The lecture aimed to raise awareness about the importance of human rights and the need to work to prevent such massacres from occurring in the future.
