The course, presented by Prof. Dr. Asaad Muhammad Redha Al-Taie and delivered by Asst. Dr. Anwar Abdul Wahab Makki, covered the most important requirements and safety rules in laboratories in general and discussed in detail the safety standards in the microbiology laboratory and the infections that may be transmitted to laboratory workers and how to deal with biological samples and methods of destroying those samples.
