He urged them during the interview to invest their youthful energies, skills and various abilities and to work hard and make an effort, as they are the latest young blood that has been pumped into the educational research process at the center, as well as benefiting from the experiences of old researchers in scientific research and taking into account individual differences and instilling and strengthening the spirit of loyalty and belonging and developing scientific research skills, creativity and innovation in the service of our great university and our dear country
