A group of professors and students of the College of Dentistry at the University of Basra organized a field visit to Al-Safa Government Mixed Primary School with international standards to view and examine the students' teeth and provide them with advice on how to care for oral health and maintain teeth.
The visit included providing a set of advice and using many means of clarification and pictures to simplify the information and facilitate the comprehension of the school's students.
This visit aims to spread health awareness among primary school students and teach them the actual practice of dental care.
The school staff was also informed of providing appropriate treatments for students when they visit the educational clinics of the College of Dentistry.
