According to the principal of scientific cooperation between scientific and academic institutions, for this reason dr. Mushtaq Salim Abdul-razaq director of the Cultural Centre in Basrah University met Secretary General of the Central Library dr. Iman Shamkhi Jabber. Through meeting they exchange of opinions about cooperation between two parties, through seminars, workshops and courses, providing logistical support and helping in solve problems which hinder progress work or delay it.
