The University of Basrah - College of Medicine holds an extended meeting with the University Hospital implementing company to discuss the latest developments in the hospital.
The meeting was presided by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Nawfal Ali Al-Mubarak, in the presence of members of the College Council, Professor Qais Salman, and the engineers supervising the University Hospital project. During the meeting, the completion rates in the University Hospital and the expansion plan in the project were presented, and these include adding new operating theaters and Out-Patients Clinics (including specialty of Orthopedic Surgery and the required equipments).
The Dean decided to plan a visit to the hospital with members of the College Council and some specialized doctors to evaluate the newly discussed additions to the project in accordance with international specifications.
