The family of the Marine Science Center at the University of Basra, represented by its Director General, Professor Dr. Shaker Ghaleb Ajil, and all its affiliates, including faculty members and employees, extend their congratulations and blessings to Professor Dr. (Wissam Razzaq Mutasher), a faculty member and Head of the Department of Sediments and Marine Bottoms, on the occasion of his promotion to the rank of (Professor).
This scientific promotion comes after passing the scientific tests for promotion and evaluating the solid research that was subject to evaluation according to scientific specifications, as he was granted the promotion in accordance with the terms and regulations in force.
