Dr. Adi Bashir Issa, a lecturer at the College of Engineering and Director of the Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning at the University of Basra, received a letter of thanks and appreciation from the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Dr. Adi Bashir Issa stated that the letter of thanks and appreciation came in appreciation of his efforts in completing the tasks of the ministerial committees that implemented the Bridges Project.
