The President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazim, accompanied by the Dean of Basrah College of Medicine, Prof. Nawfal Ali Al-Mubarak, visited Al-Faihaa Teaching Hospital on Thursday, the Second of January 2025. They were welcomed by the hospital manager, Dr. Nassar Taha Yassin and the advanced administrative staff of the hospital.
During the visit, they discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the University and the hospital, reviewed the health services provided to patients, and discussed opportunities to develop educational and training programs for medical students.
This visit comes as a part of joint cooperation between health and educational institutions, with the aim of improving the quality of health care and enhancing medical competencies.
