The Secretariat of the University of Basra Council organized a workshop on the mechanism for preparing minutes in college councils for the academic year 2024-2025, with the attendance of council rapporteurs for colleges and scientific centers.
The workshop aimed to address the most important obstacles facing rapporteurs while writing minutes during the convening of their college councils and scientific centers.
The workshop, in which the Secretary of the University of Basra Council, Dr. Majid Abdullah Natiq, lectured, included the mechanism for dealing with ministerial instructions and decisions that were voted on, as well as the directives of the university president and topics related to the affairs of undergraduate and graduate studies, teaching staff, scientific, administrative and planning affairs, as well as quality affairs.
