The Hereditary Blood Disorders Center at the Basra Health Directorate, in collaboration with Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, successfully conducted the second training course on hematological disorders.
The course featured a scientific lecture delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Mardan Hamoud, Head of the Department of Pathology and Forensic Medicine and a renowned hematology specialist. The lecture, titled "CBC Interpretation", provided valuable insights into interpreting Complete Blood Count (CBC) results.
The training course targeted a specialized audience, including newly graduated doctors, senior resident physicians in hematology, and healthcare professionals responsible for pre-marital blood screening. The program aimed to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of hematology.
