This came during a field tour he conducted on the examination halls for postgraduate students, in which he stressed the smooth running of exams and the provision of an appropriate atmosphere for students
During his tour, Dr. Al-Kaabi stressed the need for questions to take into account ministerial standards, stressing the importance of adhering to exam dates and students' attendance at the specified time to ensure that exams proceed smoothly and efficiently
