A lecturer at the University of Basra was chosen as a scientific reviewer for a scientific journal
The lecturer at the College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basra, Dr. Mahdi Mohsen Muhammad, was chosen as a scientific reviewer in the English language for the Turkish magazine IMGELEM
Dr. Mahdi said that this open source journal for social sciences adopts a double blind review system and is published twice a year, in June and December. IMGELEM includes studies from all fields of social sciences, and is published by the Bilgitoy Association for Information, Science, Education, Research and Strategic Development in Turkey.
Mahdi added that among the researches that were evaluated was a research entitled (The Public Discourse on The Russia-Ukraine War: Impartiality or Ideology?), which dealt with a rhetorical analysis of news related to the Russian-Ukrainian war published by the official Turkish news station.
