The Student Activities Unit at the University of Basrah - College of Medicine organized a ceremony on the occasion of obtaining full accreditation from the National Council for Accreditation of Medical Colleges in Iraq.
The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Nawfal Ali Al-Mubarak, Governor of Babylon Governorate, Prof.Alaa Al-Araji, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Jassim Muhammad Salman , College members, employees, and a large number of students.
The celebration included the Holy Quran reading and performing the Iraqi flag raising ceremony.
On the behalf of the Dean of the University of Basrah - College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Qusay Al-Dirawi presented a speech, in whom he congratulated the College members, employees and students for obtaining the full accreditation.
He explained that obtaining full accreditation is not just a certificate of appreciation, but rather a motivation to continue working with seriousness and determination in order to get more achievements in the future, and to build a new generation of doctors capable of serving our beloved country and humanity as a whole.
The Dean thanked all the members and administrative staff in the College.
