The college of dentistry hosted an electronic scientific lecture regarding Drug targeting. The lecture, which was given by Dr. Ali Taha / Phd. Medical Biochemistry, discussed the tradition methods for drug delivery like injections, pills and syrups. All these methods include providing an increased amount of pharmaceutical agents that reaches the whole body including the affected parts and the healthy parts as well. The lecturer advised about the need of more scientific researches in this field in order to minimize the risks and improve the drug targeting.
