The College of Nursing at the University of Basra organized a religious festival on the occasion of the birth of the moons of the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them. In the presence of a number of faculty members, employees and students of the college, the festival included cultural segments of poems and chants in love of the Ahl al-Bayt and various religious competitionsIt is noteworthy that the festival hosted by the College of Nursing at the University of Basra is one of the major festivals it hosts, as part of its activities in educating society and increasing its religious and intellectual awareness, and its activities are full of thought, knowledge and diversity through solid academic research and studies.Lecturer Farhan Laith Aiz, a member of the teaching staff, pointed out that celebrating the birth of the moons of the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, is not just a religious occasion, but rather an opportunity to remind of the high values that everyone should strive to achieve in their daily lives, especially in the field of knowledge and good deeds.At the conclusion of the festival, the Deanship of the College of Nursing, represented by its Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Majid Asghar Muhammad Al-Nawab, extended its thanks, appreciation and gratitude to all those who attended this festival and all those who contributed and are contributing to its success and achieving its goals and scientific, cultural and educational purposes on this beautiful occasion.
