Deans of dental colleges in Iraq met
Chaired by Prof. Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Al-Hashemi, Chairman of the Deans of Dental Colleges Committee in Iraq, at the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad.
The meeting included, within the agenda, discussing a number of important topics aimed at academic advancement and ways to enhance the quality of education and scientific research.
The meeting also witnessed an extensive discussion on the mechanism of the ministerial evaluation exam in government and private colleges in its practical clinical and theoretical aspects and the necessity of implementing the directives of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority to ensure the success of the exam in government colleges.
During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Al-Hashemi stressed the importance of continuous interaction between colleges and the exchange of academic and research experiences, stressing the need to enhance cooperation between educational institutions to ensure the achievement of the highest quality standards in medical education.
The meeting concluded with the adoption of a number of recommendations aimed at enhancing joint coordination between colleges and working to achieve future aspirations to develop the higher education sector in the field of dentistry.
