A scientific study prepared by the teacher Ammar Abdul-Jabbar Kazem at the University investigating the electronic, optical, and elastic properties of bulk and monolayer CrAs under an electric field effect.
The study, which was published in the international journal Applied Physics A, a journal within the Scopus and Clarivate Q2 containers, included a citation score (5.4) within the Ambassador publishing house, recognising the electronic, magnetic, optical and elastic properties of the CrAs alloy for size and monolayer using the theory of functional density. The results of the study found that both compositions have semimetallic properties.
