The master's thesis at the College of Education for Girls in Basra discussed "The policy of rulers in investing visions and dreams in the Arab Islamic state (11-334 AH / 632-945 AD)."
The thesis presented by the student Wafaa Ahmed Abdul Razzaq in the Department of History aimed at the importance of visions and dreams, which have great benefits, as they play a commercial role in the making of historical events, as they resorted to the rulers to invest them in favor of their interests and political, economic, social and military policies to achieve the leading goals.
The thesis concluded that visions and dreams were employed for the project beyond mere dreams, but rather employed a means that has its magic on the recipient. It was not just a dream, but rather a channel through which he looks out into the unknown future, especially since there are Quranic verses and hadiths of the Messenger "may God bless him and his family and grant them peace." Visions and dreams until the visions were taken to another level by the rulers to invest in their policies.
