Master's student Zeina Mazen Ghazi presented a scientific study entitled
Oceanographic physics of tidal waves in Khor AL-Zubair channel- southern Iraq
The study included analyzing water level data using advanced techniques to determine the main frequencies of tidal movement in the research area, which contributes to a deeper understanding of water movement in the channel and its environmental and navigational effects.
The study was completed under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Osama Qasim Khalifa and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul Redha Lafta.
