Applying for hosting for first-stage students - morning study

Based on the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and in implementation of the directives of the Dean of the College of Nursing Prof. Dr. Abdul Amir Al-Mousawi, the respected, the College of Nursing - Basra University invites all its students from the first stage - the morning study (exclusively from the governorates residents) to review it for the purpose of promoting the hosting treatment to universities The governorates of their residence, taking into account the following points, otherwise the transaction is not promoted at all:
1- The student must have completed all the college registration requirements.
2- Bring all the documents that the student did not submit during registration and wrote a legal undertaking to bring them (such as the attested prep document, the nomination receipt, the examination card, the housing support ... etc.) to the College of Registration and Student Affairs Division.
3- Promotion of the transaction is done by the student personally or his guardian who wrote the legal undertaking exclusively.
4- Withdrawing the hosting request form from the college’s website and filling it with information by the student in an accurate manner, with a receipt from the Accounts Division in the college for the purpose of collecting the hosting fee, and then taking the form to the respected Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs for the purpose of approving the request and transferring it to the Registration and Student Affairs Division At the college, for the purpose of completing the rest of the procedures, and to download the form, click here.
5- The last day to receive hosting requests is Thursday 1/14/2021, and no transaction is promoted after this date.
