Dr. Riyad Abdul Rahim Haseeb, a teacher in the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education, Qurnah, University of Basrah, was awarded a "Scientific Medal" from the International Peace Forum for Culture and Science, in appreciation of his efforts in serving the Arabic language and its literature.
