The study aims .to demonstrate the effect of quorum sensing genes and virulence factor genes in different clinical samples taken from infected patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa .
The study included collecting samples from different age groups infected with infection and determining the extent of resistance of these bacteria to multiple antibiotic s using many mechanisms of virulence factors that bacteria possess , especially the mechanisms of biofilms secreted by bacteria and use ed to protect them from harsh environmental conditions , resistant antibiotics and evade the hosts immune response , and the relationship of these biofilms to the quorum sensing system control the secretion of these biofilms and use new methods to inhibit virulence factor genes and use them to limit bacterial growth .
