The Continuing Education Unit at the Marine Science Center held a workshop entitled "An Overview of Bacterial Infections of Fish in Iraqi Waters".
The workshop, which was lectured by researcher Dr. Wisal Awda Hassan and researcher M. Zainab Jawad Obaid, discussed some common types of diseases, methods of infection and symptoms. In addition to means of prevention and treatment for these infections.
The workshop aimed to maintain the sustainability of fish biodiversity in Iraqi waters.
