Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad al-Asadi, president of Basra University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nasser Samari Jafar, dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, the Continuing Education Unit at the College organized a seminar entitled environment is our responsibility.
The seminar aims to present appropriate proposals to reduce waste, find optimal ways to dispose of and recycle it, preserve, protect and develop the environment from environmental pollution, protect public health and preserve natural resources.
The seminar was presented by administrative assistant A.M.Dr. Oras Jabbar Sahim and M.Mr. Sawsan Mohammed Hamza explained the recycling of recyclable items, reducing the use of plastics, reducing energy consumption and chemicals that emit harmful radiation, and reducing the use of hydrocarbons.
