As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's plan and in line with the Prime Minister's initiative to plant five million palm trees or trees, the College of Administration and Economics in Al-Qurna organized an extensive tree-planting campaign in celebration of National Tree-Planting Day.
The campaign witnessed active participation from the Dean of the College, faculty members, and students, where a large number of trees were planted around the college to enhance green spaces and contribute to improving the environment. The Dean emphasized the importance of raising environmental awareness among students in his speech on this occasion, highlighting the crucial role that academic institutions play in supporting environmental sustainability and national initiatives.
This campaign is part of a series of environmental activities organized by the college to promote environmental culture among students and achieve the government's vision of increasing green spaces, which have a positive impact on climate and public health.
