Under the patronage of the President of Basra University, Professor Muhannad Jawad Kadhim, and in the presence of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Nawfal Ali Al-Mubarak, and the Dean of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Jawad Ramadan Fadhil, the Deanships of the Colleges of Medicine and Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, in collaboration with the Basra Health Directorate, organized their annual specialized ophthalmology conference under the title: "The University Program in Ophthalmology: Challenges and Solutions." The conference was held on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the luxurious Grand Millennium Hotel ballroom.
Objectives of the Conference
The conference aimed to discuss the most prominent and recent scientific and practical developments in the field of ophthalmology, focusing on presenting modern technologies in diagnosis and precision surgeries.
