The course on the rules of reciting the Holy Quran, organized by the Center for Persian Language Studies and Teaching, and held in cooperation with the Secretariat of the Central Library of the University of Basra, has concluded. The course, presented by the Holy Quran teacher, Jinan Abdul Hassan Nahi, included theoretical and practical lessons in the rules of recitation, the arts of Tajweed, correct pronunciation, articulation points, the etiquette of recitation, stopping and starting, correct breathing, correct diacritics, contemplation and reflection, and the skill of good listening. At the end of the course, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the participants.
