A nasogastric tube is placed for patients when the patient is not able to obtain enough food by mouth, and it may be used for patients who have difficulty taking treatment orally ... or in the case of patients who are unconscious or in case of poisoning and cases of gastric lavage, and the assistant lecturer Ahmed Thamer said that the tube contains different measurements according to the condition of the patient and his body ... On the other hand, he explained how the patient is prepared, the tools used for installing the tube, and the time that the tube remains inside the body ... and what measures should be taken in order to remove the tube when it is not needed. ...
