The Date Palm Research Center at the University of Basrah received a delegation of students from the College of Agriculture as part of a scientific visit aimed at exploring the advanced techniques employed in plant tissue culture.
During the visit, Dr. Khayon Ali Mohsen delivered a comprehensive presentation detailing the key laboratory equipment, the various stages involved in the tissue culture propagation of date palms, as well as the common challenges encountered with tissue-cultured plants within laboratory environments.
