A Faculty Member from the University of Basrah Participates in a Scientific Conference
Professor Dr. Youssef Ouda Ghanem, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics/Al-Qurna, participated in the 13th Scientific Conference titled "Legal Protection of the Human Right to Health", which was held in collaboration with Al-Shatt Al-Arab University on Thursday, April 17, 2025, in the Law College Hall at the University of Basrah.
His participation included presenting a research paper titled "The Role of Standard Specifications in Improving the Quality of Medical Services." The paper addressed the importance of implementing standards and specifications in healthcare institutions, their role in enhancing performance efficiency, ensuring patient safety, and achieving satisfaction among recipients of medical services. It also highlighted their contribution to reinforcing principles of quality and institutional accreditation within the healthcare sector.
