General secretariat of the Central Library organized discussion seminar, how meeting the needs of disaple children in the libraries, the ways of dealing with them to support the plans of sustainable development and agreement of child rights signed by member states of the United Nations in 1989.
It’s presented by Dr. Rafeef Abdul-hafez Al-Ryahi to train workers in the libraries empowering unable children to reach sources of knowledge, devices and services for the blind, in addition to enhance their independence and self-confidence to facilitate thier gathering into human communities, making the library suitable for their needs and seeks to equal between different segments of society.
