The College of Nursing at the University of Basra received a delegation from the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division. They were received by the Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Majid Asghar Muhammad, in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Sundus Baqir Dawood, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, and Lecturer Samaher Sabri Hamid, Director of the Quality Division, along with the heads of the branches. The visiting delegation included the Director of the Quality Assurance Division, Professor Dr. Ammar Salman Dawood, and the Director of the Performance Evaluation Division, Assistant Professor Dr. Rahim Khazal Masawil. The visit included reviewing the performance evaluation files of employees for the academic year 2023-2024. The committee reviewed the performance files and provided some observations and guidance regarding the documentation and evaluation mechanism. Highlights were highlighted for files that received excellent and average grades in the evaluation, as well as ways to address discrepancies and improve overall performance.
